Legends of the Game Rules & Regulations
- All HOF members or entrants must have a professional paid product in circulation at the time of voting whether it is a book, ebook, audio series, video series, infield workshop, or boot camp. The only exception is in the builders category, where it is based on something they built for the community at large, in this case it can be a not for profit body of work.
- Legends of the Game selection will be chosen only by elite coaches in the field, which will constitute our Executive Selection Committee. They will each nominate a Coach or Builder to be placed into a public vote on the Hall of Fame Forum. The reason for this is to make all professional candidates the most elite, and deserving. We strive for excellence and within due time everyone who has worked hard to help men through coaching will be afforded a chance of selection.
- Entrants to the hall have the community as a whole to represent, so any major infringements for conduct, illegal behaviour, fraud, or any conduct unbecoming of a hall member could result in expulsion from the hall, without notice. We reserve the right to control selection or expulsion at our own discretion, in what way we see most fit. We have tried as much as possible to make it fair for everyone.
- Being that we are here to celebrate the coaches who have helped so many, we will not condone or allow negative talk about any coach that is not used in the context of respect. We are here to unite the community and praise, not sling mud. Leave your issues at the door before walking in.
- Anyone caught duplicating votes for the purpose of falsifying or changing the results, will be banned. Only one vote per unique user.
- Anyone caught with multiple accounts on the forums will be considered to be tampering in some way, shape, or form, and will be ejected, banned, etc.
- Coaches should not encourage anyone to break the law.
- Coaches should actively seek to discourage and condemn racist remarks or agenda from anyone.
- Coaches must ensure that the activities they direct or advocate are appropriate. Consumption of Illegal substances should not be condoned or promoted. Unless in the promotion of rehabilitative causes.
- Coaches should feel free to disagree with each other, but at a professional level. Due respect should be shown to your Colleagues as we all know that there are many solutions to the same problem.
- Coaches should extol and realize the privilege of being a HOF Member, not the right, and that you are expected to represent yourself, and your team with honour.
- Icons of the Game Awards are open to entrants in two categories: Professional Coaches who have paid products or like the hall entrants are elected for their Building category; and Elite Forum Coaches who have helped coach on the wonderful forum sites that house this community.
- Unlike the other Halls we have no problem with you betting on your own team or against it, feel free to wager your own money in your cause. We are not responsible for any losses you incur although we will accept donations to the site when you win. Warning! Gambling is addictive and ruins peoples lives, play at your own risk.
